Spread the Warmth

SPREAD THE WARMTH!

Please join our conservative family in Peterborough-Kawartha in helping those who need some basic items to get through the winter.

We're working with our Progressive Conservative friends and supporting MPP Dave Smith's Spread the Warmth clothing campaign.

The concept is simple. As Conservatives, we want to ensure that no one in our community gets frostbite this winter.

So here’s the plan. From now until December 5th, Dave will be collecting toques, mitts, scarves, and especially socks and underwear. The goal is to donate at least 100 pairs of each to Brock Mission, Cameron House and the Youth Emergency Shelter (YES.)

We could use your help. You can knit or buy these items and drop them off any time at MPP Smith's constituency office (Unit 4, 1123 Water Street, Peterborough, ON K9H 3P7 ) or when he and a number of our Association's volunteers are collecting outside the Lansdowne Giant Tiger next Wednesday the 25th from 12-6 or the Lakefield Road Giant Tiger on Saturday, December 5th from 10 to 2.

If you are unable to drop those items off, please consider making a donation to these fine organizations: Donate to the Brock Mission , Donate to Cameron House, and Donate to the YES Shelter for Youth and Families.

Covid-19 has shown us that when people in Peterborough-Kawartha work together, we can succeed at anything. Let’s work together now and spread the warmth.

Conservatives truly care.
